If we find that the item cannot be repaired, we will ship back the item to you for free and refund you fully. Usually 95% of items can be repaired.
Warranty for repair service is 3 months. Shipping is covered by us if the item fails within a week after repair, otherwise you will have to pay for shipping when claiming warranty.
